Overview:

The University of Cal State Los Angeles contracted SGV to replace an aging portion of main artery public street that runs through their campus. The street was spalling and subgrade failing due to age. SGV excavated and placed new subgrade material in several failed areas. SGV placed concrete street pavement items such as curbs, gutters, and ramps. SGV then ground the remainder of asphalt pavement and overlay new asphalt pavement. SGV finished work with thermoplastic striping.
